At Finch Watches, we strive to ensure that your orders arrive safely and securely. We use eco-friendly shipping boxes made from recycled materials to reduce our environmental impact.
Shipping Methods
• All watches are shipped via DHL Express with tracking and insurance for maximum security.
• Smaller items, such as straps or watch parts, may be shipped via registered mail with tracking.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey in real time.
Shipping Locations & Delivery Times
We ship from our warehouses in the Netherlands and Luxembourg. This ensures that customers within the European Union (EU) will not incur additional taxes or duties.
Customers residing outside the EU can benefit from prices excluding European VAT. However, please note that import duties and taxes may apply based on your local regulations.
Estimated Delivery Times (business days):
• European Union: 24–72 hours (Germany, Netherlands, Italy, and France typically within 24–48 hours)
• United Kingdom: 72 hours
• Switzerland: 48 hours
• North America: 48–72 hours
• South America: 72–96 hours
• Asia: 72–96 hours
• Africa: 96–120 hours
Please note that we are not responsible for transit delays or additional customs fees that may apply when importing your order. We recommend checking your local import regulations before completing your purchase.
Shipping Costs & Processing Time
• We offer free shipping on all orders over €100.
• In-stock items are typically dispatched within three business days (Monday–Friday). If you require expedited processing, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Cancellations & Returns
• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
• If an order has already been shipped, it will need to be processed as a return.
• Canceled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers administrative and payment processing costs.
