Finch Watches ships watches and accessories worldwide from the European Union. Watches are normally sent with tracked and insured DHL Express delivery, so you can follow your order from dispatch to arrival.
Shipping from the European Union
We dispatch from our locations in the Netherlands and Luxembourg. In-stock items are normally prepared within three business days, Monday to Friday. Preorder delivery dates are shown on the relevant product page.
VAT and customs fees
Delivery within the European Union
For standard delivery addresses within the EU VAT area, the price includes the applicable EU VAT. Because the order is shipped from within the European Union, there are no import duties or customs-clearance charges between EU member states.
Delivery outside the European Union
For delivery addresses outside the EU, EU VAT is not charged. The price is adjusted for the delivery country during checkout. Your local customs authority or carrier may collect import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or other charges when the parcel arrives. These destination-country charges are not included unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Shipping methods
- Watches: DHL Express with tracking and insurance.
- Straps and small accessories: DHL Express or registered tracked mail, depending on destination and parcel value.
- Tracking: We send a dispatch email with the tracking number as soon as the shipment leaves us.
Estimated delivery times
Estimated transit times after dispatch are:
- European Union: 1–3 business days
- United Kingdom: around 3 business days
- Switzerland: around 2 business days
- North America: 2–3 business days
- South America: 3–4 business days
- Asia: 3–4 business days
- Africa: 4–5 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier disruption and customs processing outside the EU can extend delivery time.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders over €100. For lower-value orders, the exact shipping charge is displayed at checkout after you select the delivery country.
Cancellations and returns
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders can normally be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, the order must be handled as a return. Please see our Returns & refunds policy for eligibility, deadlines and instructions.

Will I pay customs fees for delivery within the EU?
For standard EU delivery addresses, no. Orders ship from within the EU, so there are no customs duties between EU member states.
Why can the product price change after I select my country?
VAT treatment depends on the delivery destination. EU orders include the applicable EU VAT; orders delivered outside the EU are not charged EU VAT.
Who pays import charges outside the EU?
The recipient is responsible for any import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees required by the destination country.
