At Finch Watches, we are committed to providing exceptional service even after your purchase. We understand that unexpected issues can arise, and we’re always here to assist you—even if your watch is out of warranty.
Warranty Coverage
• Every timepiece purchased from us is covered against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of purchase.
• Accessories are covered against manufacturing defects, provided we are notified within 30 days of receipt.
• Warranty claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If the claim is valid, we will repair or replace the item. If neither option is possible, a refund may be issued.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
• Within 30 Days of Receipt: We will cover all shipping costs for valid claims.
• After 30 Days: The customer is responsible for shipping the item to our service center.
What is Not Covered?
Our warranty does not cover:
• Natural markings on leather straps or patina on bronze cases.
• Normal wear and tear, surface scratches, or damage caused by accidents or mishandling.
• Straps that are too short or too long for your wrist.
• Issues arising from improper use or unauthorized repairs.
If a timepiece has been handled contrary to the user manual or serviced by an unauthorized third party, the warranty will be void.
Out-of-Warranty Support
Even if your watch is no longer under warranty, we are happy to assist. We work closely with trusted watchmakers in Europe and directly with the brands we carry to provide repair services and source spare parts.
How to Get Support
If you experience any issues, please contact us with:
• A detailed description of the issue.
• The watch’s serial number.
• Any relevant photos or videos.
Once we receive your request, we will determine whether the watch can be serviced by our watchmakers or if it needs to be sent to the manufacturer. We will then guide you through the next steps.
