Buying from Finch Watches

Are your watches authentic?

Yes. Finch Watches is an authorized European retailer for the brands we carry. Watches are sourced through official brand channels and supplied with the applicable manufacturer documentation and warranty.

Which watches do you offer?

We specialize in carefully selected independent and microbrand watches, including Direnzo, Gruppo Gamma, Feynman Timekeepers and Venturo. Our collection includes in-stock watches, limited editions and selected preorders. See the newest additions in All watches.

Are in-stock watches ready to ship?

Availability is shown on each product page. In-stock items are normally prepared within three business days, Monday to Friday. Preorder delivery dates are shown on the relevant product page.

How do preorders work?

The product page explains whether payment is a deposit or the full price and gives the latest expected delivery information. Estimated dates can change while a watch is still being manufactured. We share important updates with affected customers.

What should I do if I need to change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can normally be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, the order must be handled as a return. For preorders, the terms shown on the product page also apply.

Prices, VAT and customs

Is EU VAT included?

For standard delivery addresses within the EU VAT area, the displayed price includes the applicable EU VAT.

What happens when the order is delivered outside the EU?

EU VAT is not charged for delivery addresses outside the European Union. Local import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or other destination-country charges may be collected when the parcel arrives. Read our Shipping, VAT and customs guide before ordering.

Shipping and delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship watches and accessories worldwide from the European Union. Watches are normally sent with tracked and insured DHL Express delivery.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, estimated transit time is usually 1–3 business days within the EU and approximately 2–5 business days for most other regions. Customs processing and carrier disruption can add time. See the shipping page for estimates by region and current processing information.

Returns, warranty and damaged deliveries

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days after receiving an eligible item. It must be unworn or unused, with its tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Review the complete Returns and refunds policy.

How do I start a return?

Contact Finch Watches before sending anything back. If the return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Unapproved returns are not accepted.

What warranty is included?

Watches purchased from Finch Watches are covered against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the purchase date. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse and unauthorized repairs are not covered. See our warranty and aftersales guide for details.

What should I do if an order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Inspect the parcel when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can assess the issue quickly.
