Feynman Fjorde — twin-crown field-diver with a built-in compass
Compact, 200 m–rated, and lume-rich: Feynman’s Fjorde brings land navigation to a compressor-style case.

Key highlights
- Twin-crown field-diver with a bi-directional internal compass bezel.
- 40 × 46 × 12.8 mm stainless-steel case; 200 m / 20 ATM water resistance.
- Chrono.AMR lume for dramatic, legible night orientation.
- ETA 2895-2 small-seconds automatic (Elaboré-Grade).
- Two 20 mm straps included: fitted FKM rubber + Palmellato leather.
Case, crowns & comfort
Milled from 316L steel with crisp brushed-polished transitions, the Fjorde wears compact and secure. Twin screw-down crowns anchor the look—2 o’clock for the compass ring, 4 o’clock for time-setting—while a domed sapphire with AR keeps the dial crisp in mixed light.
Dial, bezel & Chrono.AMR lume
The sandwich-style dial uses Singapore-developed Chrono.AMR pigments. By day it’s textured and clean; by night it glows with cardinal and inter-cardinal points lit on the internal ring, protected under the crystal so accidental knocks won’t move your orientation.
How to use the compass bezel
- Northern Hemisphere: point the hour hand at the sun. Rotate the compass bezel so the South marker sits halfway between the hour hand and 12 o’clock. The bezel now reads true directions.
- Southern Hemisphere: point 12 o’clock toward the sun. Rotate the bezel so the North marker sits halfway between the hour hand and 12.
Tip: Do this on standard time for best accuracy; re-check every 15–20 minutes as the sun moves.
Movement
Inside is the Swiss ETA 2895-2 automatic in Elaboré-Grade trim: 42-hour reserve, 28,800 vph, and 27 jewels. The small-seconds layout keeps the center stack clean and reinforces the tool-watch vibe.
Two straps in the box
A fitted FKM rubber handles water and heat; a hand-made Palmellato Zulu leather strap dresses it up. Both are 20 mm.
